The nice balcony was a bonus. Very good value for money, we would definitely come back there. We enjoyed the verandah.

It is perfect, I really loved the place. The hotel owner is really nice to us and the location is perfect, the bus stop is just 3 min away.

Super-friendly and helpful staff!
There's a bit of a distance to Oia, it's better to have a scooter/car rented.

Really nice owners! Personally took care of everything that we needed. About 10min walk to the Oia village, if coming by bus from Fira (Thira) get down in the Finikia stop (before Oia). Very clean and comfortable, with air conditioner. Very charming room and public areas.

If you want to watch the famous sunset without the crowds stay here, there is no difference watching it here to the centre of Oia expect for a few hundred people. Very private villa, great view to the sea and sunset. Maybe a little far out of Oia, but only 15 minutes walk, there is a bus stop to Oia and Fira just outside the gate. Far enough away from the road so you do not hear traffic. Very friendly owners who are happy to help with anything, can book cars trips etc for you at good prices. Nice little villa if basic.
WiFi signal is poor Breakfast is nice but basic

The staff are very helpful and nice. The owner helped us to move the heavy luggage down the stairs. The outside patio is very nice too. The breakfast is served in a small hut, and the food is satisfactory. The hotel was run by a small family (a husband, a wife and a daughter), and all of them are very nice and talkative.
The wifi is always unstable. In addition, the only location where we can logon wifi is in the small hut which serves breakfast. Also since there is no public parking around that area, we were told to park our car on the curb right next to their hotel. While the owner insisted that the curb area is private, I have some worry as to whether the cars over there will get cited.

nice staffs, very friendly and helpful! lovely couple =D nice view, can see sunset from hotel! Nice breakfast =) clean & neat =)
no hot shower at night time and early morning because using solar energy. the location is a bit far from the centre but easy to find, less than 2 mins walk from the bus stop.

It was incredible. The kindness of the staff and the remote location was exactly what we needed.

Rooms are clean and functional.
Owners do not speak good English, which can create problems. For example, we wished to use another credit card during checkout, but they did not want to understand and processed the card which we did not want. During our stay, we had a general impression of inflexibility. Rooms are well cleaned, but expect all of your belongings to be shuffled and moved around! For example, I left my contact lens box open to dry, but came back to find it closed, with the right cover on the left side. Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 9.30am, but expect at least 10 minutes before being served. The breakfast is served on a small platter, and it is rather light. You can ask for extra coffee. The hotel is not located in Oia, but in Finikia. It takes a good 20 minutes to get to Oia by foot. Keep in mind that parts of the walking path have no lights at night. There's a sea view to the North, but not the Caldera.
